Hello,
After suffering from a prolapsed disc which greatly affected my daily life I was desperate to get my health back. I followed medical advice to take up Pilates and quickly discovered how much it helped my recovery. Realising just how much my improved health meant to me, I became inspired to help others live better, healthier lives. After several years of intensive training I became a professionally qualified Stott Pilates Instructor teaching Matwork Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Total Barre, CORE Athletic training and ZEN*GA.
I've adapted my light, airy open plan home in East Sheen to create a studio where I hold daily classes guiding my clients on how best to improve their core fitness and body strength. I'm passionate about keeping my instruction fresh, vibrant and individually tailored to suit every need.
