Pre / Postnatal

Attending a Pilates class is an excellent way to prepare your body for pregnancy and to safely recover post pregnancy. You can either attend Face to Face group mat classes (max 4) or 1:1 classes using the Reformer, Tower Trainer and mat work or you can book an online 1:1 session with Claudia.

 

Prenatal

When you become pregnant, please confirm with your medical professional that you are able to attend classes.

Postnatal 

After the birth of your baby you should wait until your 6 week check up to confirm that you are ready to resume exercise.

Benefits of Postnatal Pilates:

Build up inner core muscles

Strengthen the pelvic floor

Strengthen abdominal muscles, avoiding future back pain

Opportunity to destress and reconnect with your body

Babies are very welcome to join us in classes!

Pre/Postnatal Group classes - £18 per hour

Pre/Postnatal 1:1 classes - £55 per hour
