“Having weekly sessions in Claudia's heavenly Pilates 'studio' has made me really focus on posture and alignment not to mention noticing a tone-up in my mid-section after only a few weeks. She tailor-makes a programme for each class, building up the level at a steady rate so that you are always feeling pushed, but never out of your depth. Claudia's positive energy and attention to what you need as an individual makes the class a joy to attend and you leave with a spring in your step. I would choose going to Claudia's home, doing Pilates with a view of her lovely garden in an intimate group, over a packed gym studio any day. Highly recommended!  Sophie

“Last year I found myself facing spinal fusion surgery, but the six month recovery and associated risks were terrifying so I postponed the operation. Physio and targeted pain management did not seem to work, and I was facing a future of pain, a built up shoe and a back brace. When lockdown began and Claudia put her classes online I decided to try them out (with tailored guidance). After two weeks of daily classes my back muscles were stronger, my pain had all but gone, I was taller, straighter and more in control of my body. I now also join Claudia's online weekly Barre class. Claudia is my 'Knight-ess in shining armor!'. I really enjoy the classes, my energy levels and wellbeing have increased with each week, and am so relieved to find a solution that actually works. If there is any silver lining to be taken from lockdown, then Claudia's clear, careful instruction and positive attitude to her teaching has been mine. The words 'thank you' are wholly inadequate!
